What would I go back and tell my younger self?
So f*ing much.
But I would start by telling her to speak up when she’s feeling shy and uncomfortable, and hold her middle finger up to whoever didn’t like it. To not enter any relationships with boys until she builds a solid and secure relationship with herself, first. To find friends who truly cared and loved her goofy jokes and respected her feelings. To have FUN being young and carefree and to not worry about being perfect because perfect doesn’t exist. To believe she is beautiful just the way she is and not to worry about fitting in, because if she have to change who she is to fit in, she doesn’t have to f*ing fit in anywhere.
And if I had to leave her with one last thing, I would tell her that her big heart is not a blessing and a curse, but a blessing and a gift! And that gift was going to create magic far better than she could of ever imagined.
