I feel overwhelmed and heavy. I know a lot of us probably feel the same way, but there’s something we can do. We can donate, stay informed, open our hearts, be kind ourselves and those around us, be loving and provide emotional support. Check on those around you. 🖤
I might not be an expert on what is going on right now but I don’t want to stay silent or seem like I’m moving on to “normal” out of disrespect or ignorance. It’s a strange space to want to be positive and hopefully yet also facing the reality of continued trying times. My aim is from time to time is that you can see a positive distraction that provides hope, even if it’s just for a moment.
