From the outside looking in its hard to understand. From the inside looking out it’s hard to explain. Too many feelings, not enough words.
But why is there so much pressure on trying to understand each other?

There is so much of ourselves and our lives that we do not share or show others no matter how authentically we live. As much as we can claim to understand…understanding is different than living, feeling, and being.
Imagine a life where we could all just let each other BE without the need to be understood, without the need to explain.
JUST BE.
They’ll be people who would accept our being and those that will not….but maybe if we were all so deeply rooted in our BEING we could just be compassionate rather than understanding…

So all this is to say, BE.
Be you, for you. Root into your BEING and BE…you do not need to be understood.
